SCAMMERS! I received a fraudulent billing letter claiming to be from a company I haven't been with for 7 years. They gave this phone number for their collections team. Small mistakes in the letter and the fact that this number is not listed anywhere on the company's website made me suspicious. So I called the number and they were prying for personal information. I reported them to the ombudsman, not that it'll do anything. If you want to, call them and waste their time, just DON'T give them any of your information.
