This is a number which, occasionally, sends out to their customers a request to review the service and quality you recently observed during your visit to the restaurant called Cafe 63 in Carousel Shopping Centre on the upper level. Cafe 63 is one of about 14 to 16 restaurants on that upper level and has been in operation since the latest refurbishment of the Carousel Shopping Centre.
When Cafe 63 sends their text it begins with clear identification of who they are - Cafe 63 - and they request your feedback. The text message also encloses a link that will open if the receiver of the text wishes to take advantage of making a reply about the quality of the service and the meal they recently experienced.
I can't speak to other criticisms mentioned regarding bookings, so errors or mix-ups with those sorts of things may be spot on accurate. I only know, for certain, that this restaurant is for real and simply trying to satisfy customers in the food-service arena through their own little corner of Carousel Shopping Centre as they continue to build their business.
I hope this information may be of help to someone. Not all calls are fake, manipulative, or merit being outed as scam numbers, even though it certainly does seem that way far too often.
