Picked up the call but no sound then hang up.

Called back number, didn't ring, just went straight call centre.

They knew my name straight away, went on about superannuation changes, then said they needed to asked questions.

1st one are you between 27-55 years old.

At this stage I hung up, if they were a secure service provider they would not need this detail. Expect they are profiling to sell your number off to other cold callers.

Called me and when I called back, it wasn't a normal ringing tone and then when someone answered they told me that "the government were cancelling superannuation and did I know about it" I asked them not to call again and blocked the number.
