Telstra offering discount, knew an awful lot about me including Telstra accounts details. My drivers licence number, address, ended up receiving sms that my Telstra account password had been changed, my hotmail password had been changed, my Services NSW password. The messages that I received with codes that I was required to confirm with her from the caller were at the end of previous Telstra messages I had received so all appeared legit. When she wanted my licence expiry date as it had expired in her records I started to receive the messages re password changes. I hung up, they rang straight back, In hung up. A little later my wife received the same call.
I called them out and they got annoyed and hung up, female voice claiming to be from overseas, they could try harder
