The Caller and User Experiences

Just got a call from the PCYC about their lottery tickets. Seems genuine enough, and it’s for a good cause!
This number called me this week 10 times.

Left no message.

EITHER I DO NOT ANSWER TO THE CALLS OR MY PHONE BLOCKS THEM ALL.
NO MESSAGES LEFT AND CANNOT ELIMINATE THEM.
I am highly suspicious of this caller. I didn’t answer as I didn’t recognise the number. They got my voicemail and instead of leaving a regular message (like their name, reason for calling etc) the caller just kept saying “hello” as if they couldn’t tell they were leaving a voicemail. Then the caller asked he was speaking to me but mispronounced my name with a clear Indian accent. I could hear what sounded like a busy office in the background. All of this is entirely consistent with many voicemails left by callers that have been identified as scammers on Reverse.au.
Some company called Kalkine or maybe calcine.
