I did not answer this number because it is very similar to other numbers being spoofed or generated by the Wine Group and its aliases who maintain a barrage of unsolicited calls to those unfortunate enough to end up on their lists of likely suckers, notwithstanding that we keep on blocking their telephone numbers.
I repeat comments that I have made elsewhere that telcos could easily identify the persons or entities who engage in this type of spamming but won't do so unless governments force them to seriously address it. In the meantime the telcos profit from all the network connection fees they charge each other.
