"Telstra" called to day advising that q number of other users were using my internet connection, every time I connected. They initially wanted me to enter the mac terminal app and use the command netstat, claiming that the resulting display proves that a number of Foreign users are present. They then wanted me to use www.support.me to carry out further action. All sounded very suspect. I asked if I could call, back and was given the number 0390136534.

I'm doing some more checking.

They should be related to a scam. They call you, say they are Telstra and want you to do something on your PC. Beware.
