Step Forward Holdings Ltd have charged me for premium services on my Vodafone Service, I never requested or new about - I believe Vodafone need to take responsibility because the charges appeared on a Vodafone Bill - Vodafone gave me a number to call not sure now what it was, but the cheque arrived a month after I called Step Forward, it was sent from Tassou Papadopoulous in Cypres - it says their helpline is 1800906838- I am very annoyed every time I change a plan with Vodafone - its not a smooth transition - hiccups like this often occur - it says cheque - They agreed to provide me $15.00 refund via cheque.
