What Our Users Reviewed
Received a phone call from a person purporting to be from Optus(?) about technical problems with my internet connection. (I am having the National Broadband Network installed soon and wondered if it related to this.) I told the caller [David] that I was not sure about the legitimacy of the call and asked for a number to call him back. This is the number he gave. A search of this site did not 'flag' the number.
I called back and, after some discussion, I realised they were from India offering "Technical Support" for my computer. Don't bother... They don't offer genuine support... A scam!
