I did not recognise this number, so I did not answer it. They left me a pre-recorded message on my answering service, the voice had a Chinese accent, proclaiming to be from some delivery company, I deleted the message, blocked the number and reported it as spam. That's all we can do, I guess.
Scammer.
A caller claimed to be from a fraud prevention department, but they addressed me by the wrong name. When I pointed out they should know who they were calling, they abruptly hung up. The background noise sounded like an Indian scam call center, with a male voice swearing, which makes me suspect this is not a legitimate bank call. Only time will tell if my suspicions are correct.
