Got a call from some muppet claiming to be from “Bite” saying they could help with my "business". Funny thing is, when I asked what business, they hadn’t a clue! I don’t even run a business, and they somehow had my name. What a joke!
As a Telstra customer, I was alerted that this number triggered a "Warning: Suspicious Calling Pattern." Telstra flagged this call as a scam, suggesting that the caller is likely involved in fraudulent activities.
A caller claiming to be from Dealfinder reached out to me to compare NBN plans but refused to provide any information about their company. When I expressed my inability to find any information online, she insisted that I speak to someone else who could explain their website. I continued to ask for details, and when she would not share, I decided to end the call. She dismissively replied with "WHATEVER" before hanging up. This is a suspicious call and likely a scam.
