Called phone number back, from a work deskphone, and placed into a queue.
Couldn't be bothered waiting around to see how they were going to try and extract money from me, or gain some personal details.
My mother received a call from this number pretending to be Westpac, wanting to let her know that someone had drawn $600 from her account. They wanted her to confirm her account details.
I have taught my mother not to accept things at face value and she did not give them any info.
