This is a scam call. The caller pretended to represent the Commonwealth Bank and asked me about "fraudulent overseas transactions." They wanted me to open Google Play to implement some security measures. When I answered, there was a long delay before they came online, which adds to the concern. The caller had an Indian accent, and I could hear a busy call center in the background with other conversations happening.
When I answered the call, there was no response on the other end, but I could hear sounds suggesting that they were listening.
This number appears to be a possible scam. They did not leave a voicemail message, and when I attempted to return the call twice, the calls were immediately disconnected. I typically do not answer calls from unfamiliar numbers.
