Is a phone number for a fencer, David in northern suburbs, Perth.
He was paid $900 to install a fence, he concreted only half the posts, didn’t line the posts up properly, cut the fence panels wrong so we had to order more, and then wanted even more for the job when we asked him to come back to finish the job, even though we had already paid over what he quoted. He claimed it’s because he has to work an extra day, even though the job was quoted in what to do, not the length of time, and the only reason he had to come back was to fix his mistakes. Took us a whole day to rectify it as he never came back.
