This call keeps ringing and hanging up and when you call back it says the subscriber can not receive messages and try again later.
I just got a call from this number, as soon as I picked up it hung up. When I called back, it said something about needing to be a subscriber. When I pressed star to 'log in' to something, it just said they can't find any messages for me?
