The caller claimed to be conducting a survey for the local council. I declined to participate and hung up, as it seemed suspicious and unprofessional.
A woman from an Indian call center contacted me, attempting to extract my personal information under the guise of changing my electricity retailer. I did not provide any details and found this suspicious.
Have been receiving multiple calls for weeks from 0480 041 847 style numbers. Pretty much if it starts with 0480 xxx xxx and I do not recognise I don't answer as I have voicemail. If its important and not a scam they will leave a message (my thoughts anyway).
I let it go through and don't answer and block.
