This afternoon, I answered a call that was completely silent. The call lasted around 10 seconds before the caller disconnected without saying a word.
The phone rang for a phenomenally short time, had no time to answer it if I even tried. Left no message. If it was legitimate it would have rang for longer as I have a setting to ensure there is plenty of time to answer. They have basically rang, heard the ring tone then hung up. Block this number.
I suspect that this number is subcontracted by a financial planning company, as the nature of the call seems to relate to financial services.
