An Indian that doesn't want to identify themselves freely, when pushed eventually identifies as Bill Savers but won't give any other information.

My gut feeling is 100% scam call centre. After giving them a mouthful and hanging up on them, the had the audacity to call back on a very similar number 0480 041 030 and it was either the same idiot or one of his drop kick associates.
