What Our Users Reviewed
Received a call from this number posing as Visa MasterCard reporting suspicious activities on my account saying that my bank accounts have been compromised and that hackers have taken over my IP address. I asked to be asked to be transferred to CBA which they did with a proper voice service but they then took the call back. They said I needed to create a shield account to protect my account so tried to get me to transfer to another account. At the time I was really sick with covid and wouldn’t normally entertain these types of calls. As soon as they tried to get me to transfer my money I hung up and blocked their number.
