I received a phone call from this number on Friday which took the form of a prerecorded message from an authoritative sounding Australian male voice indicating that unusual activity had been found associated with my bank account and that Federal Court action (?) would be proceeding against me. I was told that I needed to press 1 immediately I assumed to indicate that I wished to not have this action proceed. I hung the phone up at this stage. I then checked my bank account and found no unusual activity. I am a self-funded retiree (superannuation) with a very good credit rating so I was very suspected this phone call was a scam. Can find no record of any known spam associated with this number.
