I received a scam text message claiming, "You have an unpaid trip from 24.7.22. Pay to avoid fees." This relates to a toll road fee, but there are no toll roads in South Australia. This is the second such message I've received, albeit from a different number with a similar message. It’s infuriating—get a real job!

How do they get control over the phone and make such a bad webpage?
I received a message claiming that I had an UNPAID trip dated July 24, 2022, and requesting immediate payment to avoid a late fee, along with a payment link. The caller was using an Optus service. However, I do not have any trips recorded for that day, as all of my trips are fully paid for. I have blocked this number as it seems like a scam.
