Keep calling me and hanging up. Called ACU solutions when ring back and put you on hold. Really charming way of doing business!
I missed a call from 0481 756 395 today, phoned back and it was ACU Solutions where I waited on hold for a few minutes. When they answered, the conversation went something like this:
Her: "Hello, ACU Solutions".
Me: "Hi, I received a missed call from this number and just phoning back to find out what the call is regarding?".
Her: "Sure, we do a range of services so I'll just need yoru name to bring up the information.".
Me: "Sorry but I'd like to understand what you are calling about before providing any personal information.".
Her: "Well I'm looking at a blank screen, I don't have any information to give you without being able to look up your name.".
Me: "OK well again I'm sorry but I don't feel comfortable giving you my information if you aren't willing to tell me as to what is the nature of the call. Thank you.".
Her: "OK, goodbye.".
They fact they don't have a website and they won't provide any information on what service they are providing indicates they are up to no good.

They actually make a note across the phone that they are "tracing the call" - wtf how is this operation even legal??
It's a scam don't tell them anything.
I found out what ACU Solutions is. It's actually not a scam but what they basically do is refer people to an Insurance company for like life and funeral insurance... They do ask for personal details but I'm pretty sure if you want an insurance quote, you provide them anyways. So all in all people, it's not a scam. They're just telemarketers (who funnily aren't actually selling anything). Just be nice and hang up or just tell them to put your number on the DNC list.
I got 2 calls from this number today 0431 562 704 and they didn't answer so I called back. They wanted my name and other details but I told them to f*k off. Just don't answer it.

This number is from ACU Solutions which is a broker for Real Insurance. Ask for a transcript of the logged attempts to your number, they will transfer you to a manager who can promptly add you to their do-not-call list.

I got a call from this number a couple of weeks ago. They explained they were from ACU Solutions and what they wanted. Stupid me, rather than just hanging up, answered their questions (why, I will never know). My name, date of birth, and potentially my address and email, I can't remember. About a day later, I got a call from a life insurance company, and politely told them to bugger off. So I didn't deal with the life insurance company, but I'm worried about any problems that could arise because I answered ACU Solutions questions? Could there be any problems?

ACU solutions calling on behalf of Real Insurance - ignore/block calls.
This number called me twice and hung up both times.
When I called them they picked up, then hung up strait after.
The first time they called they said the name of a company, I didn't hear the full name so I asked for them to say it again. She hung up the phone right after that.
