Received SMS message about resetting my password because of 90 days of inactivity. No other details present. Spam!

It was an SMS message. I rang using skype so they wouldn't know who called back.. But unnecessary because "The phone is turned of or outside your area" Their SMS to me was about 90 days inactivity and they were resetting my login credentials (never said which..) and I needed to respond to an email. Basically bogus.
