Scam message for a Survey about my recent contact with Monash Hospital.

Total bullshit. Don't answer it or even click the link you will regret it forever. They will continue to try to get you to respond to some random demand, offer or gift.

This call was a poorly disguised government "SURVEY" related to an experience I had with the Monash Health care team. It was obviously a scam, seeming rather targeted with nonsensical "This will get a response" type messages. I wish these scammers would stop calling.

I was contacted about completing a survey regarding my experience as a Carer, but I have no knowledge of this. The caller claimed to be from what appears to be a legitimate organization, Barwon Health, but referenced areas like Bendigo and Ballarat, which confuse me. This is the second time I've received such a call in the last two years, and they requested my email address or directed me to a 1800 number to complete the survey.

SMS asking for feedback via a survery, for CitiPower, with some dodgy looking link address. Ignore.

The message read ", we recently invited you to complete the Student Outcomes Survey to have a say about your training. Complete now to be entered into 10 weekly prize draws for a chance to win $1.000! Go to [link] to start the survey or get more info (inc. Privacy Notice). Reply 1 to opt out".

No course completed in a heck of a long time, so it was not obviously true. DO NOT EVER REPLY TO OPT OUT from these messages as you will be telling them that your number is an active number and it will be sold to many other scammers/spammers.

HIYA! advised as a "Potential Fraud" also. So I am blocking this number.

C
Chock

I have been getting non stop spam from this number for several weeks. Each time it is advertising well known companies, but if you contact those companies, they claim to be unaware of any SMS campaign being carried out in their name. If you tried to call the number you get a message from Telstra saying that the number is disconnected. My guess is that it is actually a Skype number that was checked and approved by Skype before the service was dropped by the ISP concerned. Skype allows paid accounts to "assume" the owner's mobile number, but apparently do not check that the numbers remains a valid number in their customer's name.
