The owner of this number impersonated me and left a voicemail for the caller in my name with all sorts of information offered that is not entirely correct. Misleading and defamatory and insulting. They have faked this is my number and inserted it into their phone where my profile was. This indicates hacking to alter the my profile in this persons phone. Because the person knew my number and had the correct number but didn't realise and rang this one, thinking it was genuinely mine. This complaint is on their their behalf and because they have experienced a misleading message speaking for me without my knowledge or consent. This was an attempt to call me but their stored number was altered to appear to be mine. Definitely an attempt at impersonation. It's an Optus account and I have not had a mobile phone account at Optus for over 25 years. And it was under my usual phone number ending in 560. This number of theirs is unfamiliar to me.
