Def scammers. Called my phone several times yesterday and then again today Block this caller immediately.
I received a call today, but the caller hung up as soon as I answered. When I tried to call back, the line suddenly disconnected. I contacted Optus for clarification, but all they said was to block the number without explaining how the call was even possible.
After multiple calls from this number—at least four times a day—I decided to call back from both my mobile and landline, but the number was disconnected. This constant calling is extremely frustrating and classified as spam.
A woman called me and mentioned my name right after I answered. She claimed she wasn't affiliated with a specific company and proceeded to talk about saving money with a different electrical provider. I felt uneasy about the call and hung up because I didn't trust the number.
