This caller initially contacted me from a private number and asked if I knew a specific individual (which I do). They requested that I reach out to this individual and tell them to call back. Subsequently, they sent me a text from this number, providing a landline to call back on. The situation feels odd and questionable.
The text I received mentioned "notice required" but I chose not to reply.
