I received a text message from this number with the word "OFFICIAL" in all caps. When I called the number included in the message, it led me to a police station, but my name was not mentioned in the text. I suspect these are scammers impersonating law enforcement.
No idea who or why but the number provided me with a “security code” but also mentioned my name in the message. Called the number and phone was switched off.
Sent me a text with my name saying " Hi Kirk, your security code is: xxxx"
