Unsafe! Sender claimed they are some dental company (differs from case to case), want you to click a link or send STOP to unsubscribe. Clicking the link is unsafe, and if you send STOP or any message at all back, they will know that your number is in use and will keep sending scam messages, so do not reply. Report the scam and leave or delete the message.
