This seems to be a scam related to eBay, but I need more information to determine the details.
The caller had a Chinese accent and was identified as a robotic scammer, likely attempting to deceive people.
Received a call yesterday from 0424 507 503 a woman was saying she was from eBay and they'd received a money request of $299 from my apple iPhone and the money would be taken from my card, if I thought it was a scam I could select one of 3 following numbers, straight away I said I know it's a scam, she was astounded and said why do think it's a scam and I told her that in all the years I've dealt with eBay I have never had a call saying I had a money request so I know it's a scam, she hung up on me then I had 2 missed calls from a numbers in Singapore (+65 8120 4783 and +65 8120 1776) then today from 0416 898 896 which I called back to be alerted the number has a limit on incoming calls. Don't be scammed by these POS.
Received a call from this number with a recording advising me that my eBay account had been charged a couple of hundred dollars for an order that I had not made with the option to question this account by pressing either of 3 numbers on my phone to be redirected (NOT LIKELY)
