I suspect this number is associated with a scam. The caller used a regular phone number to reach out to clients, which seems unusual. Typically, a legitimate representative from Telstra would call from an unknown number or display a company name. During the call, the individual claimed that my computer was infected with malware and offered assistance to resolve the issue. This situation felt very suspicious to me.
