What Users Are Reporting

Recent experiences shared by callers reveal a common pattern. Received a phone call from this number telling me that my Visa/MasterCard was being used for an international transaction. I told the caller I would call my bank to confirm the discrepancy. Her response was “no mam, I am from the bank” I asked her to tell me the name of my bank and she responded with “Bendigo” which is incorrect. She immediately hung up after that. Not once did she call me by my name and there was a delay from when I answered to when she responded.
