Spam caller.
Indian guy - super heavy accent, could barely understand him. He said it was for updated energy cost but wanted me to tell them who I was with. I stated numerous times that I was homeless and I did not have an energy bill - energy has never been in my name anyway. He had my postcode and state, eventually hung up. Called me back a few minutes later with my old address saying this is where you live and this is your energy company - I told him I was freaked, he said it was just part of their database. I questioned whose database, calling late at night and having my details was scary. He'd already been snippy with me questioning him and he just said your details are safe with me - in our database. Eventually he said he'd put me down as DNC but we'll see how long that lasts - I've been fielding calls from similar numbers for months.
