I received a call from this number claiming that I owed money for electricity. When I explained that I do not have an electricity account, the caller simply responded with "ok, thank you, bye." This interaction felt suspicious.
My phone identified this caller as ENXO, which appears to be a marketing organization attempting to sell memberships for various discounts.
