What Our Users Reviewed
Scammers. They call and an automated message comes up saying that your internet will be cut off in 4 hours if you don't speak to them, they prompt you to press 1 then they answer claiming they're Telstra. A woman answered initially asking me how many lights on my router were solid vs blinking. I told her they were all solid and she said "OH MY GOD" lol. Then she asked about my computer set up, OS, etc. And passed me on to someone else.
That person that overseas hackers were hacking into my internet router a little bit every day and they were downloading malware onto my computer. I cut them off and blocked them after that.
