The call was a legitimate call from Hearing Australia (not "Australian Hearing"). I was referred to them by my GP in the past and they were calling as follow up (transfer of medical records).

I called the number back, and the person who took my call was polite and professional.

For other reviewers: Australia is a multicultural society, so we all need to remember that diverse accents are the norm. Consider you can ask questions and provide direct feedback to a company if you feel you have been treated unprofessionally.

My action taken:

When I asked them why no message was left, they explained that Hearing Australia do not leave messages due to their current privacy policy.
