I consider this organisation to be a scam organisation in the sense that they continuously, repeatedly, call my number without invitation, any desire on my part, or any reason other than some sort of unwanted sales solicitation, even though my numbers are on the do-not-call register. I have blocked 30+ numbers linked to these numbers operated by Netsip Pty Ltd, a telecommunications provider, but they invent numbers faster than I, or anyone, could possibly block them.
In the past they would reuse a particular number, but after learning who they were, I now block every number they invent with the result that they now create new numbers nearly every time they ring me. They have the ability to make it look as though their number comes from anywhere in Australia from Sydney across to Perth.
My wish would be that they pay me at least $1,000 for each attempt to canvass me or otherwise irritate me by causing me to look at my phone to see yet another unrecognised number, check out the number on this site, then delete the number and block it. If it is illegal for aggressive debt collection agencies to repeatedly ring, irritate, and harass people, why then is it not illegal for these telemarketing parasites to do likewise.
Only money penalties will end Netsip Pty Ltd’s persistence and I would suggest a penalty of at least 100 million dollars be levied against such likely illegal behaviour, if and when the ACCC, the Telecommunications Ombudsmen, and other oversight agencies gain the teeth to address the issue of these type organisations doing harm to Australian society. My assumption is also that my personal information, such as phone number, name, general location, specific address, possibly my income level, and even my spending habits are being sold by this company to anyone who will buy the information in an attempt toward selling something.
I have not given my permission for this organisation, any other company, or group to use my personal information or to ring me for any reason - to my knowledge - and if I may have done so inadvertently in some way, I hereby revoke that permission. I have no doubt that this particular company is generating millions of calls, irritating, and harassing millions of people in exactly the same way they are doing to me; this is simply a numbers for cash game for them. Please report this number and any other number used by this organisation or that is in any way connected to them as partners, subscribers to their harassment technology, or in any way supportive of their anti-social business model to the proper authorities for the purpose of ending their existence on this planet.
Had a fella call me by name claiming he was following up about adding a battery to my solar panels. When I told him I live in a care facility, he backtracked real quick, saying he misunderstood. Feels a bit shady, doesn’t it?
Mate, I ain't interested in those annoying cold calls, just leave me be!
These clowns keep ringing me daily between 10:43 and 10:49; it’s like a tape loop! I block one number, and another pops up like a bad whack-a-mole game. Enough already!
It is operated by Netsip Pty Ltd, a telecommunications provider. I can't count the number of repeated calls I have received from this organization starting as early as 6:30 am and continuing all day sometimes. I have learned that this, so called, company has breached certain regulations within the Telecommuincations rules, regulations, and restrictions, which it obviously appears to continue doing. By virture of the number of calls I receive from this company through many, many, many manipulated numbers attempting to look legitimate, it must qualify, unreservedly, as a scam caller, or simply a repeat offender of repeated solicitations under the "do-not-call" laws of Australia. My phone numbers are all listed as "do-not-call" numbers, for what that is worth, in this day of perpetual scams and trixter theft attempts by phone. This is a scam company with the endless ability to change and camouflage their numbers on the fly to mostly and purposely irritate callers for what I can only consider nuisance calls. If the Federal Police would like more detail about their persistent endless call attempts, I will be happy to advise.
I just can't stand these bloody cold calls – they drive me bonkers!
