What Our Users Reviewed
I just received my phone bill and on it there was a charge for a call to 1902228173 which I did not make - it was supposedly for 25 mins at a time when I was out and had left my phone at home. Not only was there a charge for the call but there was also a surcharge of $8.67 ??? I will be making a formal complaint to Telstra - if they know of the scam numbers why do they continually charge for them, surely there is some way that they can be monitored and shut down.
We received a Telestra bill with this number only one listed. Our landline is Optus not Telestra! We were out at appointments the time the call was made.
I didn't receive a call from this number but somehow I have been charged for calling at a time where I would have been just getting out of bed not making phone calls. Will endeavour to get a refund from my provider.
