It is a fake Pay pal scam. My wife got the number through a sms so I called them 117 times in a row until they blocked my number. They said they were going to call the federal police on me if I kept harrasing them. Funny as hell. So I kept calling from different numbers telling them everytime I called it was one less person they could scam.
Gave them there own medicine.
Once I stopped for around 20 minutes and then rang them again saying sorry I had to take a toilet break and that I was Back. lol.
