This number is used by fraudsters/scammers to induce people who have a message on their computer screen that indicates Windows Defender has found something untoward.

Upon ringing the number (generally answered by people with Indian accents) they attempt to get access to your computer, licence details, credit card numbers to "repair" your computer.

A number of my clients (I am an IT professional) have reported seeing this scam.

Anyone seeing this message on their screen should shut down their computer by holding down the power button until all indicators/lights, etc. Have gone out.
