That means they are spoofing this number, which means they hide their own number and alter the data somehow so a different number comes up on caller ID. I searched it out and it's actually the Bigpond email help number, a pay premium service. They did this thing where they start asking you questions and then pretend they can't hear you, probably to either make you call back or somehow generate charges. They would have my number and be asking about websites because I made the mistake of registering a domain and listing a real number against it, don't do this! Always lie and give fake details, the only people who use it are scammers.
