Turned up in a fake email about a Norton subscription. Also if you Google it it's been associated with tech support scams for at least 2 years.

This number was included in a scam email, the type that claims you will be debited a large sum of money in a short time for a non-existent Norton subscription. Addressed to "Dear Valued User" (you'd think they'd know the name of someone who owes them money) and sent from a numbered email account at a university in Brazil - so it's not Norton! A good way to reduce emails like this is to report them to the admin of the server it was sent from (ie in this case, in Brazil)

Don't call numbers in emails like this to see who it is, just report it.
