What Our Users Reviewed
After selecting a message in Facebook my computer locked up with several warnings purporting to be from Microsoft and this number had to be called to unlock and clean it.
They used a team viewer called zxrcare. Help and obtained information from my computer, such as bank details, but not necessarily banking details. They asked me to log into my bank as they had fixed the problem and wanted if to see if my bank account had been hacked, but I did not oblige. Am now running my virus checkers.
Please do not call this number, as it is associated with a computer hacking scam, which poses a serious threat to personal security.
