This number claimed to be coming from HSBCAU.

It is a SCAM because I don't use HSBC, nor AMAZON.
I received the same message. It appeared in the same chat that HSBC genuine messages come from, so it looks genuine. But thanks to previous comments, I can conclude that it's a scam.
I got the same message "Your payment to AMAZON for $490 was stopped for security purposes. If you did NOT make this transaction contact us 1800 370 747" from HSBCAU. As it's not my usual HSBC customer service number, I searched this number and now quite sure it's a scam number.

Got a text from this number from HSBCAU said I had a $490 payment to AMAZON was stopped for security purpose. And I needed to call them if I didn't make that transaction.
