I got the same message.
I just got a message from NAB stating that a Mr Mohamed Kahn from this number tried to transfer money from my account. Am currently on hold with bank to find out its legitimacy.
Just received the purported NAB message regarding Mohamed declined etc. And ignored - strangely enough my card was recently hacked - CITIBANK which is now owned by NAB - have not had any issues like this for over a decade.
I've got the exact same number and it felt really fishy. Same number, same guy, same amount of money they demanded. Terrifying.
