Hi, it's Vodafone here. We'd love to know how you're going since your purchase on 07/10/2016. We're hoping you can answer a few questions over TXT. It's only 5 questions and it's free within Australia. Any questions? Call 1300858614.
Hi, it's Vodafone here. Thanks for your recent device query at our Vodafone store on 29/04/2016 we'd love to know how we went. We're hoping you can answer a few questions over TXT. It's only 5 questions and it's free within Australia. Any questions? Call 1300858614.
Its a scam don't reply there after your money most of them are from india.
I got a text from this number (1300 858 614) stating it was from Vodafone. It says exactly this:
"Hi, it's Vodafone here.
Thanks for your recent call to Customer Care on 13/03/2015, we'd love to know how we went. We're hoping you can answer a few questions over TXT. It's only 4 questions and it's free within Australia. Any questions? Call 1300858614".
I then got another text soon after asking me the first 'question':
"Vodafone Q1: Based on your call how likely would you be to recommend Vodafone to friends or family? Reply from 0 (definitely would not)to 10 (definitely would)".
I never responded to these text's (I got them at approximately 2:32pm today). The reason I didn't answer was because:
1) None of my family members or I called the 'Customer Care' on the 13/03/2015 - this was an instant red flag for me.
2) The number came up as "126 776".
3) I still have the texts from the real Vodafone (AUVodafone), so surely if it was from them, it would also come up under AUVodafone???
