What Our Users Reviewed
This phone number is the contact number given in an email which claims to be from a debt collection company. It states that I have an overdue electricity bill. Funny thing is I am still connected through the same electricity company that they claim I owe money to. I rang the electricity company and they say I am up to date with all payments. Am 100% sure it's just scammers, I'm not paying the $4,920.26 they say I owe! Also the IP address the email originated from was in the Netherlands and the debt collection company claims to be an Australian one, a bit suspicious if you ask me.
I received an email claiming I owe a debt on my electricity. The email mention the correct utility company name and my name, but I decided to call my utility provider directly using the number from my official paperwork, and they confirmed I am up to date on all payments. The email appeared to be from Transaction Capital Finance, and I have no doubt it is a scam. They will not be getting $4,920.26 from me!
