Just rang Telstra as our business phone also receives these messages. Telstra are so useless and of NO help at all.

The company name or alias is Level 23 and Paul is very helpful to remove you from the service that you never signed up to. He stated that it is not a scam or fraud because they have a customer service support(Him)but would not given any other information or location of the business.
The text was sent from Xpor. Mobi and Globway that is linked to Level 23 by Paul who is authorized to remove you from the list.
The fraud is quiet clever, it obtains mobile numbers, then sends text messages that you are been charged for a subscription of which appears to be a scam and they charge you $10 per week.
The rotating scam requires the ongoing support from the carrier service to allow access into the Australian network system.
Make a formal complaint to your carrier and to the ombudsman.
I just received a message from ET1 thanking me for subscribing to them at $10/week. I rang Telstra and they told me to wait until my next bill and if I am charged they will refund my money just this once. I did not sign up to anything, how can this happen? This scam has been going on for years and they are still getting away with it.
