If someone rings you and says they are from Telstra and rings you off a mobile number it’s a scam! Telstra never rings customers or any debt collectors rings off mobile phone numbers to collect debt. If you know your not on debt with Telstra then you know it’s a scam.

I have received a call twice from a lady on 0415651809 and then gives me this number 1300310354 asking if my son can call back. Telstra has my sons number and he's over the age of 18 which my son no longer lives here at home with me..

My son thinks its a scam so do I but I be ringing telstra and report it and see where it takes me.

Call my switchboard and asking for a person to speak. How they talked I could tell straight away. I turned the table and asked them whether they are scammer and fraudster call center. The woman who called said her name Jenny took it hard. Her tone change and sounded annoyed. Totally scammer.Cant even tell what is in regard.

When I queried them as to who they were - the line went dead, I waited for an answer but hung up after 3 mins...
