Blokes, seriously? I've had six calls from this number in just two days, and not a single voicemail. I'm starting to feel like I'm a magnet for harassment!
I've been bombarded with three missed calls from 08 8299 6123 over the last few days, and guess what? They didn't leave a single message. I tried calling back only to hear a recorded line saying, "Thank you for calling AGL, our agents are busy." Right, like I believe that! Sounds more like someone's playing dress-up as AGL. Total dodgy behaviour!
Called, let it ring out. No message left. Suspect at least SPAM if not SCAM.

I suspected this as a scam call however only answered it as I lived in Adelaide.
When I asked what location they were calling from they said Melbourne and I hung up straight away.
Scam/Robocall from AGL.
This is AGL gas & electricity company.
So the caller was saying they are from AGL and they wanted to move me to a lower cost plan. I called AGL directly on the number on their website and they knew nothing of the caller. I asked AGL if there were any cheaper plans for me and I was told I was on the cheapest.
I have called the number back and it has AGL waiting music and voice over, however I believe it has been recorded because at times it seems a bit like a cut and paste job.
Reckon this number is completely dodgy!
